StoneCORE Fitness & Training is located in a private loft-style studio just north of Bluff Park, near Alamitos Beach, in Long Beach, CA. The space has a modern and zen-like feel very much like a spa, an atmosphere that is clean and relaxed, yet energizing. We have state-of-the-art equipment with a separate upstairs cardio area.

At StoneCore Fitness & Training our hours can be adjusted to accommodate group fitness classes, personal training, special programs, and events. Personal training services are by appointment, and are not limited to the studio hours.
